1. Returns

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective or factory-faulty product.
  • Wrong product received.

Term

You must request a return within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Requirements

  • The product must be unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented.

Process

  1. Send us an email to contact@shopauroralane.com or a WhatsApp message with photos of the product and details of the problem.
  2. You will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. If the return is due to our error, we will assume the cost of shipping.

2. Changes

Conditions for Changes

  • Changes can be made for size, color or model (subject to availability).
  • No changes apply to promotional items.

Term

Changes must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Requirements

  • The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and in its packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented.

Process

  1. Write to us at contact@shopauroralane.com or via WhatsApp, stating the reason for the change.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product.
  3. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error on the part of the store.
  4. Once we receive the product and subject to availability, we will send the new reference. Delivery time: 1–9 business days.

Guarantees

How long is the product warranty?

  • 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper washing, or incorrect storage.

How to request a warranty?

  1. Send your request in writing to contact@shopauroralane.com .
  2. If the warranty is approved, you will have 15 calendar days to make use of it.

If you receive a defective product, we'll take care of the replacement and all associated costs.
