1. Returns
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Defective or factory-faulty product.
- Wrong product received.
Term
You must request a return within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Requirements
- The product must be unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
Process
- Send us an email to contact@shopauroralane.com or a WhatsApp message with photos of the product and details of the problem.
- You will receive instructions for returning the product.
- If the return is due to our error, we will assume the cost of shipping.
2. Changes
Conditions for Changes
- Changes can be made for size, color or model (subject to availability).
- No changes apply to promotional items.
Term
Changes must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Requirements
- The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and in its packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
Process
- Write to us at contact@shopauroralane.com or via WhatsApp, stating the reason for the change.
- We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error on the part of the store.
- Once we receive the product and subject to availability, we will send the new reference. Delivery time: 1–9 business days.
Guarantees
How long is the product warranty?
- 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper washing, or incorrect storage.
How to request a warranty?
- Send your request in writing to contact@shopauroralane.com .
- If the warranty is approved, you will have 15 calendar days to make use of it.
If you receive a defective product, we'll take care of the replacement and all associated costs.
