How do I place an order?

Simply select your products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mercado Pago , which includes credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners), PSE , Efecty , Baloto and bank transfers.

Can I modify my order after paying?

How do I know the status of my order?

You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your purchase (confirmation, dispatch, and delivery).

How much does shipping cost?

In Colombia, shipping is free on purchases over $350,000 COP . For smaller purchases, the cost will be calculated at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic shipping: 2-8 business days.

International Shipping: Depends on the destination country (will be shown at checkout).

Can I pick up my order somewhere?

Yes, in Bogotá you can pick it up at our showroom: Balance and Body Lab, Carrera 19 #93A-15, Bogotá.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number by email once it is dispatched.

Can I make changes to my purchase?

Yes, you can request changes for size, color, or model within 7 business days of receiving your order (subject to availability).

Can I return a product?

We accept returns only for defective products or order errors , within 5 business days of delivery.

How do I request an exchange or return?

Write to us at contact@shopauroralane.com or to our WhatsApp +57 (302) 260-0492 , sending photos of the product and explaining the reason.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

If the error was ours, we'll cover the shipping costs. For exchanges of size, color, or model, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 30-calendar-day warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or improper storage.

How do I request a warranty?

Write to us at contact@shopauroralane.com with photos and details of the problem.

Can I buy a Gift Card?

Yes, they are available in our store or you can request them via WhatsApp .

Do Gift Cards have restrictions?

Yes, they can only be used in the currency in which they were purchased and cannot be exchanged for another currency.
